• Mr. Zhang is an entrepreneur and philanthropist, the Founder of Zion Enterprises. He is Director of Presidential Nixon Foundation, Director of Pacific Symphony, Member of Committee 100. Awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, Orange County’s Outstanding Philanthropist Award and named Distinguish Leader Honoree by Segerstrom Center for the Arts, and OC Arts Award Visionary Arts Patrons, Honorable Doctor of California State University at Fullerton.

• Mr. Scherzer has 25 years of bank directorship experience, most recently serving as a Director of Americas United Bank, Founding Director of Private Bank of California, Vice-Chairman and Founding Director of Verdugo Banking Company.

• Ms. Chen has over 30 years of experience in risk management consulting, business development, and compliance management. She is Senior Vice President of Aon Corporation.

• Mr. McKenzie is an expert in regulatory compliance and risk management. He has over 30 years in banking regulatory experience of Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) includes Portfolio Manager and Examiner-in-Charge. He was commissioned as a National Bank Examiner and accredited as Federal Thrift Regulator. He holds commissions in Information Technology and Asset Management as well.

• Mr. Lin has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. He was President and CEO of California International Bank, President and Chief Executive Officer at American Plus Bank, Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Operations at E. Sun Bank, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Alliance Bank. Mr. Lin had been also served as Director of The National Association of Chinese American Bankers (NACAB) and as a Member of the Advisory Committee of the FDIC’s Minority Deposit Institution Program.

• Ms. Zhang is a CPA with more than 25 years of experience in both big-4 public accounting and private industry. Currently, Ms. Zhang is a finance executive at an asset management company. Previously, she was an experienced director at PwC, and a controller at a community bank based in Washington State.

• Mr. Peng has over 30-year banking & capital management experience. He was Alternative Chief Executive Officer and Head of Wholesale and Cross-border Banking Group of China CITIC Bank International; EVP, Head of U.S. Operations of CMB Wing Lung Bank; EVP and Chief Representative of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

• Mr. Fenton has over 40-year credit management experience in commercial banking and de novo banking. Mr. Fenton was CEO of TomatoBank; Chief Credit Officer of Verdugo Banking Company and California Business Bank.

• Mr. Gonzales has over 30-year managing finance and accounting experience with local community banks and financial institutions. He was VP/Controller of LA Financial Credit Union; SVP/Senior Financial Officer of New Omni Bank; SVP/Chief Financial Officer of Los Angeles National Bank; VP/Chief Financial Officer of Golden Security Bank.

• Ms. Wang is an experienced operations manager with over 10 years in banking operations and IT management. She was Operation Manger of CMB Wing Lung Bank US Operations.

• Ms. Zhang has over 30 years of experience in retail banking and wealth management. She was Senior Manager of China Merchant Bank and CMB Wing Lung Bank Los Angeles Branch. Ms. Zhang is the founding member of Bank Irvine.
